OJP 9010 Printer is offline (Windows)

Disrupted communication with your hp printer can lead to the message: ‘ offline ‘ is displayed on the screen while trying to print.

STEP 1: Run HP Print and Scan Doctor and select Test Print to solve this issue.

STEP 2: Right click your icon of hp printers and hp printers and choose Set to hp printer as default. Right click again the hp printer icon. See What’s Printing to open the queue. Discontinue Printing Pause and Use hp printer Offline and then try again.

STEP 3: Turn on the hp printer and turn off the power cord. Plug in the power cord, turn on your hp printer and try to print again after confirming that the connection established between the hp printer and the computer works properly.

STEP 4: Go to HP printers and Devices and open the HP Properties for your 123.hp.com/ojpro 9010. Choose the correct port type in the Ports tab and then try to print.

STEP 5: Try to print after updating your firmware for the printer.

STEP 6: Reconnect your hp network printer and click the Network or Network manual IP tab. Either type your IP address for your hp printer or click Suggest a Manual IP Address button to complete it for you and then click Apply. Go to Devices and hp printers to open your hp printer Properties. Add a new TCP / IP standard port to the Ports tab. Try to print this new port.

STEP 7: Remove all devices listed under Devices and hp printers on your 123.hp.com/ojpro 9010.
Open the hp printer wizard and follow the instructions for adding a new hp press to the devices and hp printers. Select the standard port you created and try to print in hp printer Properties.

STEP 8: Try to print after disconnecting and reconnecting to your own network from any guest or host network.

STEP 9: Go to Utility to change the connection type to your hp printer and then attempt printing.

STEP 10: Remove from Devices and hp printers your hp printer and then install a new driver for your hp printer.

STEP 11: Go to hp Printer and Devices and open the hp Printer Properties on your hp Printer. Select the port used in the Ports tab and then click on Configure Ports and uncheck the Enabled SNMP Status.

STEP 12: Either turn off the IPv6 setting on your hp printer control panel in the Advanced Network Settings menu, or search your IP address 123.hp.com/ojpro 9010 on your internet browser and select Activate IPv4 only on the Network or Networking tab.

STEP 13: Try connecting from another computer to your hp printer and try printing to make sure your computer doesn’t have the problem.

STEP 14: Uninstall your 9010 software 123.hp.com/ojpro. After restarting your computer, try printing and reinstall the software for the hp printer.
