HP Envy 5540 ePrint Setup is a free application that includes wireless HP Envy 5540 printers that allows you to print documents in device mail. Word documents, PDFs, photos can be ePrinted and printed easily from anywhere.
You need to register your Hewlett Packard Envy 5540 e-all-in – one printer in the HP ePrint Center in order to use ePrint. It can be done with a unique printer email address. You can print on the go with ePrint as long as your device is connected to the
HP Envy 5540 Wi-Fi network as your HP Printer.
Make sure you have an active internet connection before using HP ePrint
Switch on the web services from the control panel of the printer.
Enables web services to connect your HP Envy 5540 printer to the internet and the Hp ePrint cloud service.
Web Services can be turned on by setting up Web Service or by clicking the Setup button.
Following these steps, the Web Service Summary is shown. To get the print out of the information page, click Print Info.
The printed information page includes the claim code or email address of the printer.

The claim code combined with the suffix @hpeprint.com, is your printer’s email address. Example: email@example.com

How to use HP ePrint Printer 5540
Open your Android device to the HP Envy 5540 ePrint.
Select the file or document you want to print.
The preview screen opens in which to select the printing settings icon.
You can change print settings and then return to the print preview screen.
Open the photos on your ePrint app on your smartphone if you want to print photos.
To make changes, click on the Print Settings icon and tap print to print it out.
