Print Jobs Stuck in Windows Print Queue – OJPro 9010 Printer

When your print jobs are stuck in the queue, try the following solutions:

  • Open the Print Spooler and click Restart.
  • Disconnect the printer’s power cord.
    After a while, reconnect it back and try to print.
  • Then disconnect the USB cable if your connection type is USB printer connection.
    After a while, reconnect it back and try to print.
    Using Print and Scan Doctor, try to solve the problem.
  • After unchecking both Pause Printing and Use hp Offline printer in the queue print window, try printing.
    After setting your 123.hp.com/ojpro 9010 as the default hp printer in Devices and hp printers, try printing.
  • Disable the firewall of your system and then try to print.
    Re-enable the firewall and proceed to the next step if the problem remains unresolved.
  • Remove your printer from the list and go to Devices and Printers.

  • Try to print from another application to make sure the problem is not with the application from which you tried to print earlier.
